Hefei base is located in Baohe Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, 300 miles west of Shanghai (3 ~ 4 house by speed train from Shanghai or Beijing)with a site area of 160000 square meters, owning one JCOE production line(fabricating longitudinally submerged welding pipes(Φ406- 1626mm) )and two rolling pipes production line with annual capacity 100,000 tons.

Hefei base can produce Φ 406 ~ 1626mm straight seam pipes, with single section length 6000 ~ 12150mm; Diameter range of rolled steel pipes Φ 914 ~ 5080mm, the maximum single section length is 3200mm. The maximum lifting capacity is 350t.

Hefei base has large open and sheltered storage yards, accessible to seaport hubs of Shanghai area.
