The Zhuhai base is located at 598 Pingdong Avenue, Pingsha Town, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. The production site covers an area of nearly 120000 square meters and has 8 sets of rolling plate production lines. It can produce steel pipes ranging from 500mm to 9000mm in diameter, with a maximum length of 45 meters and a maximum weight of 130 tons per joint. The annual comprehensive production capacity is 150000 tons.

Zhuhai base has three production workshops and auxiliary buildings covering nearly 23000 square meters, a hardware and welding material warehouse of 500 square meters, and an open-air steel plate yard, semi-finished product, and finished product yard of 16000 square meters. Zhuhai base is located 15 kilometers away from the port area such as Gaolan Port and 25 kilometers away from Jinwan Airport, with convenient transportation.
