Qinzhou base locates in the Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone of Guangxi pilot Free Trade zone,with a total site area of 230000 square meters. It has buit 8 mono-pile production lines which can meet the manufacturing needs of wind power mono-piles with a maximum weight of 4500 tons and a maximum diameter of 15 meters. ltis also compatible with ftoating foundatons, ofshore ranches and other related steel structure products, with an annual comprehensive productio n capacity of 200000 tons.

Qinzhou base has two main factory buildings inctuding two spans for the mono-plle workshop with an area 40000 square meters(single span dimension 370M long × 54M wide x 39M high), and each span equips three sets of 350 tons and two sets of 100 tons cranes; Painting workshops f or finished mono-pile has an area of 7100 Square meters(single span 250M long × 36M wide x 25M high);Supporting facilties inctude painting workshops( 2 blasing and 2 coating workshops), hazardous wastewarehouses, officefacilties, and storage yards. The coastine ofthe dockis 307meters long, with a draft limitation-9 meters at zero tide level, and has the ability to berth vessel of 100000 tons.
