On September 10, 2022, at the Zhongshan Base jointly built by the Company and Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., with the shipment of 22 # single piles, the Company successfully completed all the production tasks of CGN Shanwei Jiazi Phase II Large Diameter Single Pile Project.

The single pile product of Phase II of Jiazi completed this time has a maximum pipe diameter of 9500mm, a maximum length of 105m, a maximum single section weight of 66 tons, and a maximum single pile weight of 1987 tons, which is the single pile with the largest diameter and weight produced since the construction of Zhongshan Base. This project is another large-scale wind power steel structure foundation undertaken by Ziking in the construction of Guangdong Shanwei Offshore Wind Power Plant, which is intensively developed in succession to CGN Jiazi Booster Station, CGN Houhu Single Pile Project and CGN Jiazi Single Pile Project. In the delivery of these products according to the quality and quantity, Zijin people not only overcame the test of the natural environment caused by high temperature baking, typhoon and rainstorm, but also withstood the test of production difficulties such as single section hoisting, sectional transportation, closing and general assembly due to the oversized steel pipe diameter and overweight weight.

Shanwei Jiazi Phase II wind farm project will be connected to the grid with Jiazi Phase I for power generation. The generated power will be boosted to 500 kV at the land booster station and then connected to 500 kV Maohu Station, which will effectively relieve the power load in Guangdong Province and reduce the coal-fired power generation.

As the first affordable offshore wind farm project in China, the successful completion of CGN Shanwei Jiazi Phase IIsingle pile project has added a lot of color to Ziking's large diameter single pile production performance.
