On March 13, 2022, Zhongshan base achieved another outstanding success, and completed the production of mono-pile products of the same level quantity in only 39 days. In the face of un-relaxing epidemic prevention requirements and severe delivery period, the Shanwei 78# mono-pile of CGN was successfully delivered through mobilization to staff before Spring festival, encouragement to stay in work, post stabilization subsidies and other stabilization measures.

The 78# mono-pile delivered this time has a maximum diameter of 8.4 meters, a length of 102.8 meters and a weight of 1584 tons. It is the first one of the 20 mono-piles delivered in the project and the first mono- pile shipped from Zhongshan base in 2022.

CGN Shanwei Jiazi No.1 offshore wind power project is located in the South Sea area of Hudong Town, Lufeng City, Guangdong Province. It is about 25km away from the land, with a water depth of 30-35m. The planned installed capacity is 500000 kW. It is proposed to install 78 sets of 6.45MW wind turbines and build a 220kV offshore booster station. Meanwhile，, it is also equipped with a land booster station (centralized control center) shared by CGN Houhu, Jiazi No.1 and Jiazi No.2 projects. The power generated by the project will be connected to 500 KV Maohu station after boosting the onshore voltage to 500 KV. It is the first offshore wind power project approved to use 500 kV voltage level in China.

Before that, the company has undertaken to build two sets of mono-pile foundations in Houhu of CGN and Jiazi booster station of CGN. In the overall layout planning of the wind farm, ZiKing Co., Ltd has contributed its own manufacturing strength.

Zhongshan base, built by Ziking Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Wenchuan heavy industry, has become the largest offshore wind power steel structure production base in Guangdong after three years of intensive cultivation. Its products cover mono- pile, skirt pile, jacket, pile stabilizing platform, floating wind power platform, etc. After the practice of mono-pile projects such as Poly Changda, CGN, Huadian, Three Gorges, state power investment and Vietnam tra Vinh, the company has rich experience in the production and management of large-diameter mono-pile and excellent process flow, with the annual output of mono-pile up to 100 Pcs.

In 2022, the company will further increase investment, continue to explore the offshore wind power market, actively develop new products and improve the competitiveness of the industry.
