To further improve employees' legal awareness and literacy, Ziking invited Huang Peng, a professional lawyer of Anhui Huaren Law Firm, to hold a training seminar on the "Civil Code" contract at the company's headquarter in Hefei on the morning of August 25. The company's middle and senior management personnel and main business operators all attended the seminar. The branch staff also participated online through live video.

Mr.Huang explained the business contract issues appearing in the company’s producing and operating process one by one in the aspects of contract formation, fulfillment, change, breach, claim of rights, etc., and cited the "Civil Code" and other legal provisions for illustration. The lecture proceeded through case studies, on-site Q&A, and other methods, further consolidating the staff's understanding of the contract law. During the seminar, all participants spoke enthusiastically, and Mr.Huang's illustration was also very professional and easy to understand. The atmosphere was active and everyone learned a lot.
